Liverpool Seniors Network

A vibrant group of people representing seniors clubs in the district. They advocate for seniors issues and organise Liverpool Seniors Week and the annual 3 days of the Mayoral Concert. One representative from each seniors group is welcome to attend the monthly meetings at Council. Call 98217759 for details.

Established in 1959. The Historical Society collects, preserves and catalogues all articles & paperwork etc. pertaining to the History of Liverpool and it's surrounds. They have a vast collection that has been donated over the last 50 years. They also conduct tours and dress in colonial clothes for exhibitions and events. They participate in trips to Historical sites every two months.

The society meets on the 2nd Saturday of the month, every month in Liverpool Library. Everybody is welcome call 96051341 for more details.

Liverpool U3A (University of the 3rd age)

U3A is a group initiated to support and socialise people over 55 years of age. They meet every day, both mornings and afternoons at many venues around Liverpool for people to interact with a tutor so that you learn a hobby of your choice and meet friendly people. The main office is at the Dr. Pirie Memorial Baby Health Centre in Liverpool on Bigge Park. Call 96015574 for further information.
